**Job Summary**:As a Logistics Operative working within the Pick & Pack department and warehouse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our logistics activities. You will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, order processing and general warehouse operations.

You are required to have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Pick, pack, and label products according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and prioritise deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.

Unload, sort, and organise products in the warehouse using appropriate handling equipment.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to safely move and store goods. (All required training is done in-house). No previous experience necessary.

Assist in loading and unloading vehicles for transportation, ensuring proper securing and documentation of goods.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.

Complete all assigned health and safety training courses in a timely manner.

Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Report any operational issues, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Contribute to the cleaning and tidying of communal areas, internal and external to the building.

Attend and contribute to regular logistics team meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
