YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Operative at our site in ADC site Barton Under Needwood, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

The rotating shift time for this position is 6:00 - 14:00/14:00 - 22:00

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Unload vehicles, receipt and putaway items
- Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure it is logged onto the system where necessary
- Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
- Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Produce KPI data for Team Leaders

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces.
- Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required.
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
