**Location: Hybrid - Work from home/Head office - Bingham, Nottinghamshire**

**Salary: £22,050**

**Working location**

We currently reside in the office 1-2 times a week, retaining a flexible hybrid approach to working in both the office and at home, having seen the benefits of both.

**Purpose of this role**

**The Person**

The successful person will be passionate about talking to customers and will love going the extra mile to make sure that all of our customers have a great experience. They will be well experienced in delivering excellent customer service and be able to contribute towards the continued development of the team and business. They are positive, even in times of challenge, and look for solutions.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Sales and retention, through service - identifying and meeting customers’ needs
- Case handling -taking ownership of difficult cases, problem-solving to resolve and escalating where appropriate
- Excellent knowledge of our products, systems, process and website and proactive in continued learning
- Compliance with all regulations and internal processes, including data handling and safeguarding
- Target focused on the team and personal goals - in line with our business vision
- Administration tasks completed, and accurate records created.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Minimum of 2 years of customer care experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with different computer systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Well-versed in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Have a positive mindset.
- Track record of over-achieving.

**Desirable**
- Experience working as part of a smaller Customer Care team.
- Experience in the health or wellness sector.
- GCSE level English qualification or higher.
- Ability to drive own development.

**What we do**

Medichecks is an online health company that provides blood tests and health checks remotely, with results, insights and doctor’s reports delivered digitally through our results platform.

We are now developing a platform that helps our partners’ customers and patients benefit from our deep knowledge and experience. Our tests are being sold in Boots and we have recently partnered with Benecol to provide cholesterol testing, we are working with the NHS to bring remote testing to their patients. Not only that but our health testing platform powers almost 500 clinics, pharmacies and health practitioners. We are a team of medics, designers, developers and communicators who are passionate about helping people live longer, healthier lives. We are growing fast and we’ve got big ambitions.
