Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the **Inventory Coordinator** role keeps our global inventory in tip-top shape. You'll be resolving stock discrepancies, crafting insightful reports and supporting our global warehouses, all whilst finding ways to continue to boost our efficiency

This is a maternity cover role for a period of 12 months and we are looking for someone to ideally start in August. We work a hybrid working pattern, where you'll spend a minimum of 2 days per week working from our office at Edinburgh Park.

**What you’ll do**:

- Monitor and maintain global inventory levels.
- Resolve stock variances between internal and external systems.
- Generate and analyse key performance indicators to measure inventory efficiency.
- Create reports relating to the status of our stock.
- Accurately input data entry into our ERP, warehouse management systems and the updating of documents.
- Support our warehouses with the processing of customer returns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement these to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Have solid knowledge and experience of inventory control planning and reporting (ideally 1 year in logistics coordination or a similar role)
- Have intermediate / advanced Excel skills
- Are highly organised with attention to detail
- Have the ability to work independently and manage workload
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Have an analytical approach and enjoy problem solving

**You’ll get bonus points if**:

- Experience working with Netsuite or other similar ERP systems
- Understand E-Commerce order fulfilment
