Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
- Utilize DocuSign to prepare and process electronic documents
- Transcribe notes and meeting minutes as needed
- File and maintain both physical and digital records
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as necessary
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and phone systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting abilities
