Are you passionate about education and enjoy working with students? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for organisation? The School of GeoSciences is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Services Administrator to join our Teaching Organisation team.

**The Opportunity**:
As a Student Services Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring our students have an exceptional learning experience. You will be responsible for organising field trips and maintaining records related to student engagement and assessment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to work closely with students, academic staff and other professionals, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The role is based in the Grant Institute at King's Buildings, part of a vibrant and exciting campus with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive and inclusive working environment.

- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to use initiative
- Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- Flexible approach to work and willing to learn new things
- Competent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office products
