Brightwell Dispensers Ltd are looking for a proactive person to join their Quality Department. Working within a multi-disciplined team you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution towards ensuring the highest levels of product quality,process and systems integrity for our customers.

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems. Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusivedistributors. Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Support Design and QA department with New Product Development (NPD) and In market (IM) processes. Using quality tools including, but not limited to FMEA, as required.
- Supporting all activities throughout full product lifecycle with testing and prototyping.
- Create and implement Quality Plans for NPD and IM projects.
- Conduct investigations into particular quality problems so that root causes are identified and effective corrective and preventive measures are put in place.
- Observance of Health and Safety requirements including COSHH.
- Seek, introduce and adopt best practice solutions within our Quality Team.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Tool Room to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements.

**You will be able to demonstrate**:

- Experience of working in a quality department or test lab environment.
- Knowledge of injection moulding, polymers or electronic manufacturing.
- Understanding of product testing methodologies.
- Good IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
