Fantastic opportunity for a **dynamic**, **enthusiastic**, and highly ** professional** individual to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling as an **Account Manager.**
**Duties include**:
- Responsible for the proactive management and administration of accounts within an **assigned portfolio** including client contact, meetings, networking, events, and social media
- Manage, process, review and authorise **complex investment and grant transactions** in accordance with legal and regulatory frameworks, including overseeing enhanced due diligence on individuals and organisations
- Identifying and **contacting new business** referrers
- Proactive **relationship management** of business referrers
- Actively **promote growth** from **existing clients**:
- Identify, grow, and develop the HNW client base and take responsibility for the active **management of a number of wealthy clients**:
- Speak with prospects who enquire about products ensuring that they understand the **benefits of the product**:
- Deliver the revenue generation target from clients across the agreed product lines; grow fees, volume, and assets under management through development of HNW donors
- **Develop new relationships **and networks in support of the Private Client business, both nationally and internationally
- Influential with **proactive relationship management** and **negotiation skills**:
- Experience of working with **HNW clientele** and **growing business**:
- The ability to work towards a knowledge of regulatory requirements including AML/CTF, KYC, Trustee Act etc
- Previous experience of **managing a portfolio of clients with complex requirements**:
- The ability to stay **calm under pressure**:
- Great **interpersonal** skills
- First rate communication skills, both verbal and written
- A **self-motivated and pro-active** personality
- Experience **managing customer expectations and complaints**
