**Requirements:**

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience in management accounting, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector, with a passion for driving positive change.
