Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise transportation management software to analyze and optimise route planning
- Monitor and manage transportation capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Coordinate schedules for drivers, vehicles, and other resources to meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate effectively with drivers and provide support to address any issues or delays
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of transportation operations
- Stay informed about transportation regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
- Analyse transportation data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in transport planning or logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant transportation laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: £26,696.00-£34,198.00 per year
