**What’s the role all about?**

This is an exciting opportunity for a **Production Controller** to join our team, based at our **Rotherham Facility.** With an ambitious order book ahead of us we are looking for an individual who can provide additional support to the department, to ensure the efficient organisation of people, product, processes, and production to successfully deliver the manufacturing plan.

**Working 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday: 7.00am - 4.45pm - £14.04 per hour**

As a **Production Controller **you will support the **Rotherham Team** and be involved in:
Production Control
- Booking in and maintaining material requirements for the facility.
- Liaising with the production and planning department to process new packages of work.
- Maintaining all traceability of material and consumables used throughout the facility.
- Printing drawings, maintaining and tracking all production related paper work.
- Ensuring all Material and equipment is available to meet the operational demands placed upon it in a safe and efficient manner

Transportation
- Liaising with the logistics team to maintain trailers and transport availability/movements
- Daily maintenance of trailer stock and liaising with logistics

General
- Provide general administrative support to the team, answering any queries and getting back to them in a timely manner
- Creating requisitions for anything needed in office, stores, shop floor or services that are carried out
- Ensuring procedures are adhered to for all office activities of any site operative
- Check and maintain all office operatives PPE & complete records as required

**What are we looking for?**
- General level of education including English and maths preferably with a BTEC in Business Administration or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software packages applicable to the role
- Customer focused and has the ability to communicate at all levels on a production site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is desirable
- Ability to analyse data and draw accurate conclusions
- Strong planning and organisation skills - with an ability to prioritise as required to meet deadlines.
- Has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic and engaging team member who will positively contribute to the continued development of the team and wider business.
