**Practice Administrator - full time (37 hours per week - shift between 8 - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday)**

Are you a positive, friendly and possess excellent IT and time management skills? If so, you might just be the right person for this role.

The Hollies is a friendly, high achieving practice based on the edge of Tamworth town centre and provides care to approximately 16000 patients.

We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in our busy practice administration team. The successful applicant is likely to have administrative experience and be able to prioritise and organise a busy workload as well as having exceptional attention to detail.

The administrators are responsible for scheduling appointments to monitor the health of patients with long term conditions and inviting patients for relevant immunisations or treatment.

You will carry out the duties in the job description, which includes:

- Arranging annual reviews with Doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Prepare blood request forms, in line with practice protocol.
- Liaising with external agencies regarding childhood immunisations and screening.
- Invite patients to flu and covid vaccination clinics and enter immunisation details on the clinical systems.
- Responding to patients queries and requests.

To ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained in all aspects of work.

To be confident to work independently and as part of a team.
