A returning client of ours is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their finance team.

**Main duties:**
- Responding to queries within a timely manner and ultimately ensuring all Supplier invoices are ready for payment on their given due date.
- Process Purchase invoices (monthly target to be agreed)
- Register and match Purchase Orders to corresponding supplier invoices, ensuring that transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Documents to be uploaded against the correct record
- Expense analysis and approval in accordance with our Contracted Assessor Handbook
- Update relevant purchase orders with Supplier expenses according to the Contractor Assessor handbook:

- Against the correct supplier name shown on the invoice
- Allocated to the correct expense category with the correct amounts and VAT types
- Resolve any Finance queries or direct them to the relevant person
- Building successful relationships with our Suppliers and internal colleagues
- Collaborating with the Reporting team, ensuring that cut off deadlines for payment runs and Assessor payrolls are adhered to and all relevant invoices are included on time

The role is initially office based until fully trained and then offering 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
