I am partnered with a global enterprise who are experiencing year-on-year growth and now looking for the addition of a competent Accounts Payable Clerk into their friendly finance team. You will be based just outside of Gaydon and welcomed into the successfulfinance function on a full time permanent basis, for a salary of up to £30,000 PA and market-leading benefits.
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk must possess strong Accounts Payable experience and confidently be able to manage typical AP processes with a keen eye for detail. It is crucial you can pick up ad-hoc finance responsibilities such as bank reconciliationsand basic payroll with ease due to the expansion of the group to relieve pressure from the transactional team.
Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include:
- Invoices posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Raise supplier payments and BACS runs
- Basic payroll when required
- Identify and investigate supplier reconciliation queries
- Maintain accurate ledgers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ad-hoc transactional accounting and administration duties to ensure the team are supported

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have:
- A strong history of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working within a small team
- A positive attitude with enthusiasm to pull together as a team to get the job done to a high standard
- Great excel skills; V-lookups and Pivot Tables are essential
