**The role**:
At MGN Events, we're on the lookout for an events designer to join our team, where creativity flourishes in crafting unforgettable corporate and private events year-round

We're seeking someone with a keen eye for design and a background with a 'can-do attitude' in event design to bring fresh ideas to the table. Your role will require not only creativity but also exceptional customer service skills, as you'll be liaising with clients and suppliers, managing various budgets with ease.

Working within a tight-knit design team so you will be a key player in this role, you'll collaborate closely with our management and production team.

Your role will encompass designing private events, corporate events ann immersive events, juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring seamless transitions between each endeavor while maintaining a firm grip on deadlines. Moreover, you'll continuously strive to push the boundaries of creativity, infusing each project with innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.

Your creativity will shine as you interpret client briefs and bring them to life through sketches, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed costings. Every design you create will reflect our clients' brands and narratives, ensuring a cohesive and memorable event experience.

MGN Events is a luxury corporate and private event management company that services a variety of clients ranging from a mix of HNWIs, and ambitious businesses that rely on our expertise and support to produce a wide range of events.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leading and crafting comprehensive design concepts tailored to diverse private and corporate events.
- Curating captivating and informative mood boards and visuals to inspire clients.
- Generating cost documents and proposals, adeptly managing budgets to deliver exceptional results.
- Designing graphic artwork encompassing posters, banners, branding elements, and more.
- Leveraging extensive supplier knowledge to fulfill design requirements efficiently.
- Demonstrating expertise in concept creation and budget management for seamless execution.
- Hands-on at live events, overseeing installations and de-rigs for flawless execution.
- Effectively communicating and presenting proposals and pitching solutions to clients.
- Utilising 3D modelling expertise to visualise concepts and direct photo-realistic rendering of visuals.

- Proven experience in design in a live events/design role
- Confident and experienced with project budgeting and supplier management
- Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Computer literate in the Google Suite
- Have Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign skills
- Be driven by ideas, imagination, innovation, Instinct, intuition, and inspiration
- Calm in a crisis, flexible, pro-active with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate knowledge & experience of detail-focused events work
- Able to identify client design goals
- Available to work extended hours & weekends

**Place and hours of work**:
MGN Events has a hybrid approach to working arrangements. This role involves time in the office, occasionaly working from home, and working on-site at venues for site meetings and events.

Normal working hours are 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday with events taking place during the evening and at weekends.

**What we offer**:

- £20-35k+ per annum (depending on experience)
- 40 hours per week
- Paid overtime or time off in lieu
- 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays
