Job Summary:
Provides customer service, product knowledge and sales support to fellow team members and customers that are consistent with the company standards and expectations. Strives to achieve the store and company’s goals and objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensures the store is opened/closed in line with policy
- Sets an example and encourages staff to meet and exceed company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitors staff on the tills
- Assists management to achieve store goals and targets
- Trains and supports staff, setting goals where appropriate.
- Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success
- Responds to customer issues in a professional manner
- Ensure daily processes listed are being adhered to:

- Merchandising
- Relabeling
- Stock Checks
- Ecom
- Testing
- Complies with store standards:

- Daily/weekly/monthly paperwork
- Stock control - proficient in RMA/blocked phone processes
- Loss prevention - investigate stock issues
- Assists in housekeeping standards
