Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to fellow team members and customers.

- Ensure the store is opened and closed in line with company policy.
- Monitor staff on the tills and assist store management to achieve store goals and targets.
- Train and support staff, setting goals where appropriate.
- Maintain a positive team environment to ensure success.
- Respond to customer issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain the supervisor email account by actioning all emails on a daily basis.
- Ensure daily processes are being adhered to, including merchandising, relabelling, stock checks, ecom, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, including daily/weekly/monthly paperwork, stock control, loss prevention, and housekeeping standards.

Salary: £24,500 per year. Secondment to cover maternity leave. Additional pay: bonus scheme. Benefits: casual dress, company events, employee discount.
