JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Support Administrator / Office Administration Assistant with good administrative, organisational, communication and customer services skills and who is familiar using a range of IT packages such as Microsoft Office / 365 (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage (or a similar accounting package).

Working as the Business Support Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will be required to provide clerical support to the manager and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

As the Business Support Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will work as part of a small team, to deliver excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers all over the world.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Business Support Administrator / Office Administration Assistant will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries

Effective, efficient, and accurate inputting of orders from new and existing customers using Sage Business Accounting online

Undertake administrative duties which contribute to the support of the operational team including filing, printing, photocopying, archiving, data input and producing correspondence

Assisting with daily admin and business tasks

Working closely with the Creative Design team

Assisting the finance team with customer payments and purchase ledger

Taking ownership of customer problems through to resolution

Folder and File management

Answering incoming calls

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

You’ll possess the ability to make accurate decisions by collating and analysing relevant information

It’s essential that you have good written and verbal communication skills

Capable of changing priorities while working quickly and efficiently

Ready to work independently and closely with your colleagues as you achieve shared goals

You’ll be comfortable using a range of IT platforms and packages

You must be proficient in Sage and Microsoft Office / 365 and previous administrative experience is preferred
