**About the role**:
We’re looking for a digital marketing expert to support the team with valuable insight on brand awareness, driving website traffic and innovative strategic planning skills.

**Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to**:

- Daily engagement on social media team and maximize traffic by researching relevant content to brand identity, trends and popular culture.
- Responsible for creating content, editing and scheduling Tiktok and IG Reels
- Identifying key target markets and how to reach them (increasing followers, likes and engagement)
- Running new orginal intiative campaigns with new ideas.
- Using our studio shoot and location imagery to create engaging video content
- Ensuring you are driving the design and creative vision to support brand launches and activations
- You will be the expert on how content performs across different business areas. Producing accurate and detailed analysis to advise the business on how to best utilise content
- Maintaining timelines and due dates so that content deliverables are completed & posted when they need to be.
- Organisation of content calendar so wider teams are aware of on goings.
- Booking in and contacting model agencies for upcoming shoots
- Researching content creators to work with and keeping track of the collaborations with strategy
- Being fashion forward and being able to identify and pick up on trends

**Essential Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Organisational skills and a determination to meet deadlines
- Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing research that delivers results.
- Experience with Photoshop, Capcut, Illustrator
- Great passion in fashion marketing and a natural creative flair
- Knowledge in fashion styling
- You will be a creative person with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Being reactive to social trends, be proactive in bringing ideas for social posts to the table, with a focus on video-based content
- Experience as a Digital Content Creator/Content Management or similar
- Knowledge of social media marketing and brand development
- The ability to manage your time and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
- You must be confident in your abilities and be able to present and pitch your ideas to the team

**Desirable Qualities**:

- Experience specifically within fashion digital marketing.
- Experience in Adobe suites.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, English, Fashion or similar.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office software.
- Range of portfolio of previous creative styling for creative content

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
