Due to an internal promotion, our client, a boutique law firm, based in one of London’s most prestigious City skyscrapers, is looking to recruit a super friendly and confident Front of House Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join their close knit and socialteam.
They are looking for a real people’s person who builds relationships with ease and who will go that extra mile to offer a 5* customer service. Working in a stand alone role, corporate office experience is not necessarily required as full training will beprovided, however proven customer service experience is essential
Within this role you will provide full front of house assistance including meeting and greeting clients, answering calls and managed meeting rooms, to ordering all office supplies, liaising with the building manager, booking taxis and couriers, managingcatering and offering admin support to the back office team when required.
