Sales Complaints Investigator - Start salary from £26,500

Location - Sheffield, York, Norwich

Aviva are currently looking for a Sales Complaints Investigator to join the business on a permanent basis.

This is a great job for someone who consistently strives to ensure our customers always receive the best outcome possible.

If you have experience working in a complaints-based role, especially related to the sales process, or working in a financial adviser role, this job will help to challenge you and further develop your knowledge on our products and processes.

You would be using your knowledge and experience to help our customers daily, the perfect role for people who are passionate about developing change to improve both our service and our business.

A bit about the job:
As a Sales Complaints Investigator, you will have the responsibility to effectively resolve sales complaints relating to UKLH products in line with the UKLH Complaint Policy and FCA DISP regulations.

You will play a key role in supporting our customers through their concerns or issues through to a resolution stage, meaning having a strong customer mentality is needed. The role requires someone who is able to have strong conversations, both verbal and written, with customers and Financial Advisers as you’re not always delivering the news they want to hear.

You will be owning and handling sales complaints through to resolution, working to ensure our complaints are taken care of in a timely manner. This will include being responsible for your own workload effectively, communicating with wider business areas and helping removing blockages that are impacting you, the team and our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, with an ability to adapt your approach based on the customer need- Great investigation skills, with an attention to detail. Be able to translate this to change suggestions.- Adaptable to change, as every complaint can be a different scenario and root cause, as well as to changes within process or team.- A deep knowledge of UKHL products and their workings.- Confident in relationship building, both internally and externally and a tenacity to gain the answers you need.
