RedBrick IT is an IT solutions provider located in Bourne, Lincolnshire. Our bright and modern offices offer ample parking for visiting clients and partners. With a close-knit team of experienced and customer-focused IT and Network engineers, we provide a range of services including IT infrastructure design, support, web and software development, telecommunications, and managed print solutions. We work with a diverse client base, offering tailored support packages to meet individual needs.

**Role Details**
This is an on-site role of between 28 and 37.5 hours per week for a Technical Support Coordinator at RedBrick IT in Bourne. You will be responsible for providing business support to our technical team, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with day to day tasks. Supporting both the Service Delivery Team Leader and the Operations Director, you will also be involved in coordinating and scheduling support activities alongside communicating both internally and with clients. This role is challenging, varied and can lead to further exciting opportunities.
- Be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries
- Purchase and organise kit & software for engineering jobs
- Update customer on the progress of their orders
- Ensure correct financial information is entered for invoicing
- Book engineers in to install
- Manage our incoming purchase orders
- Manage Adobe renewals
- Manage printer consumables stock
- Manage IT stock
- Manage asset collection & storage
- Managing invoice queries in conjunction with the accounts team
- Parcel dispatch

**Role Requirements**

Responsive to ever changing situations
Able to prioritise, multi-task & remain focused
Competent user of Microsoft’s core products
Some technical skills would be advantageous but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
