**Single Homeless Project** has a new opportunity for a **Day Concierge **to join and work in our team based in **Westminster**. You will join us on a** full**-time, permanent basis **working 37.5 hours** **and in return, you will receive a **competetive salary of **£23,577.27 per annum.**

**About the Day Concierge role**:
The Day Concierge is an essential role in our service, primarily focused on administrative and operational support. This entry-level position is central to maintaining an efficient and organised office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

As a Day Concierge in our Westminster location, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily services. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, proficiency in administrative duties, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting and assisting residents and visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute to safety and security by adhering to visitor protocols, monitoring facility access, and supporting emergency procedures.
- Assist in facility management, including room booking coordination and maintenance communication.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing resident and service post, call answering, message documentation, supply ordering, and rent collection assistance.
- Liaise with maintenance teams and update maintenance records, ensuring residents are well-informed about ongoing or upcoming works.

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in administrative duties
- Commitment to creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly for residents with complex needs

General Abilities and Understanding:

- No previous experience required, but a basic understanding of administrative and facility operations is beneficial.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Commitment to the principles and ethos of SHP and its mission in supporting individuals with complex needs.
- A positive, solution-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure.

**Our attractive benefits package includes**:

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am - 4pm) in non-accommodation services
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
- A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salary
