Established in 1999, Premier Education is the UK’s No.1 provider of sport and physical activity to primary schools. We are experiencing a period of substantial growth resulting in the need to recruit a Primary School Sports Coach.

However, this year we want to go bigger and better than ever before. We have set ourselves the outrageous target of impacting over 800,000 children this year. We enforce best in class standards of deployment and as an accredited training provider, we skill our workforce to new levels. We know our team have the most up to date qualifications and meet these standards because we quality assure our network annually.

Premier are now using social distancing schemes of work & increased hygiene measures to ensure our working environment is kept safe for staff, children & parents. All members of staff will need to pass our accredited Level 2 Award in Infection, Prevention, Mitigation and Management Course prior to being deployed for delivery in our schools.

- Overtime available in evening and weekends.
- Have good Literacy and Numeracy skills, able to support children in reading writing and maths as they will be allocated time to continue with their learning during the session.
- Will be able to prepare healthy snacks for the children
- Participate in a range of activities with the children during sessions both inside and outside.
- Be able to assist with the planning of activities, supporting and engaging with children during the sessions.
- Will have a general understanding of play work principals and seven characteristics of learning

Desirable:

- Appropriate Level 2 (or above) qualification (Child Care related)
- Experience of working within a play-based setting
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Appropriate child protection training
- Current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Food Hygiene Certificate
