The Role: Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care, guidance, and educational opportunities to a group of children within our dedicated nursery setting.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive supervision and support to your assigned key group of children.
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences that foster children's development across all areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's well-being.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development through regular assessments.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to strict safeguarding procedures.

Essential Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
