Your Role: Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care, guidance, and educational opportunities to a group of children within our dedicated nursery setting.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive supervision and care to your assigned key group of children.
- Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences that foster children's development across all areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's well-being.
- Implement effective teaching strategies aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development through regular assessments.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
- A Level 2 qualification in childcare or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and providing exceptional care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting is essential.
