We are school uniform wholesalers looking for a competent and reliable person to take on an office admin role at our offices. Our office is based in Edmonton, North London and our working hours are: Monday - Friday between 10am and 5.30pm. However, between 1st June to 1st October inclusive we finish work at 6pm.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- General administration duties across all departments within the Firm
- File paperwork weekly
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and politely
- Liaising with customers regarding schoolwear/embroidery and printing enquiries
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Contribute to the overall ethos/work and aims of our business
- Appreciate and support the work of our growing business
- Act as the point of contact and provide general support for internal and external clients
- Experienced in the use of MS Office and overall good IT skills
- A great eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
- The ability to maintain the honesty and integrity of the firm
- Be able to handle confidential information, so it is vital you'll be able to work within this kind of environment and understand the importance of non-disclosure of information.
- Excellent communication skills (Confident telephone manner, writing skills)
- Being able to work well within a team

Please note that we do not allow holidays between 1st June to 1st October inclusive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,800.00-£24,000.00 per year
