Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Following up on work to ensure it has been completed in line with the customers standards
- Ensuring software and databases are kept up to date
- Sourcing and ordering parts, materials and stock
- Assist the wider team with managing larger projects
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Willingness to learn and offer support across the business when required
