SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a amazing client based in Sutton in Ashfield.


This is a great opportunity to join a really busy and fast paced team, the client is looking for someone who is very dynamic, happy to get involved and support.

It is preferable that you do have administration experience and are competent on excel and picking up systems.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing quotes
  • Interaction with suppliers for quotations.
  • Processing orders and all new sales enquiries.
  • Key account management.
  • Building strong, credible business relationships with key accounts.

Key Skills:

  • Good IT skills i.e. word, excel, outlook and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in SAP is a preference but not essential.
  • Confident communicator with good attention to detail.
  • Thrive on working as part of a busy successful team.
  • Organised and methodical in your approach.
This role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:15pm with an early finish of 12:00pm on a Friday.

£20,000 to £23,000 per year, depending on experience.
