**WE ARE CURRENTLY TRIALLING A 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AS FULL TIME**

Operations Administrator wanted for an ambitious, dynamic, student property management, lettings, sales and investment company at the head office based in Birmingham.

The successful applicant will be part of the team in our Operations Centre and will be responsible for helping our student tenants with the administation during their tenancy such as tracking their utility usage and making rent payments.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Checking and processing utility & council tax bills
- Providing data to suppliers and councils
- Building a good relationship with suppliers
- Assessing and updating tenants on their utility usage
- Collecting meter readings from properties
- Allocating and processing rent payments
- Creating and sending invoices
- Sending documents & certificates to tenants
- Answering phone calls

Purple Frog was founded by two graduates from the University of Birmingham and opened its first office in November 2007 in the heart of the student population of Selly Oak, Birmingham.

After two years, we opened new offices in Bristol and Nottingham to service the large student populations in those cities.

**Hours**:Full time
You would be contracted to 40 hours a week over 5 days, however, we are currently trialling a 4 day working week where you would be expected to work 36 hours over 4 days. During the trial the hours would be 8:30am until 6pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. If the trial is not successful, this will revert back to the contracted hours of 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required in busy periods.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
