**Main purpose of job**:
Supporting operational requirements of projects

**Relationships**

**Responsible to**: Head of Projects

**Responsible for**: Project administrative tasks

**Liaison with**: All stakeholders

**Main tasks of job**:

- Liaise with the projects team to understand administration requirements for ongoing and future projects.
- Manage project documentation requirements in line with company Document Control procedure.
- Support Resource Coordinator with updating and managing the company Training Matrix and Resource Plan.
- Manage company document templates and Document Control requirements.
- Take minutes at Project Meetings.
- Generate and maintain Expediting schedule, Expedite orders placed with suppliers.
- Manage loadouts of material, plant and equipment either for onshore or offshore projects.
- Manifest loadouts and review/ retain certification accordingly.
- Support cost control requirements of projects, compiling subcontractor invoices and updating costing spreadsheets.
- Attend any Training or Competency Assessment that the company determines necessary to improve performance.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation
