Supplier Invoice Clerk

Northampton, United Kingdom Auto Rescue Logisitcs Full time

The role will primarily be based within our Supplier Invoice Team but may also involve assisting within other areas of the accounts team as and when required.

The main duties include:

- Checking supplier invoices
- Querying supplier invoices where applicable
- Assisting suppliers with pricing or payment queries
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Generating reports and supporting documents in relation to supplier invoices
- Paying and administrating fees
- Answering phone calls and making outgoing phone calls

Whilst previous experience within an accounts department is preferred, it is not essential. Full training for the role will be provided.

- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
