**Role Responsibility**:
What is the role?

As a Team Lead you will:

- Ensure accurate and timely stock management processes such as transfers, returns to suppliers and digital orders ensuring complete accuracy of our stock files and product movement throughout the wider business
- Lead the Delivery and Replenishment teams to ensure that Product is available for our customers and colleagues, investigating and logging any discrepancies, managing the faulty stock process and highlighting new product line arrivals with the store team
- Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, ensuring all areas are clear for team members to use and compliant with all regulations and company policies
- Lead, motivate and inspire other colleagues in your department (such as the online orders picking team) to help drive sales and customer experience through effective stock management

How you’ll do it you will be:

- All over the numbers. You will be set targets e.g. stock file accuracy and delivery productivityto name a few. So even if you haven’t had much first hand exposure to this data, you will have the curiosity and appetite to learn more
- A great communicator. Passionate about a well-running operation as well, this combination will mean you can deliver inspiring stock management training to your team
- Well informed. You will make it your business to know what your shop floor colleagues are up to and how your team can help support them
- Collaborative. Colleagues across the store will rely on you to keep them informed, be that about successes, challenges, new product or stock changes
- Approachable. You will be a leader in your department and will be invested in your wider team and on hand for requests, queries or coaching support
- A proud shopkeeper. It will fall to you to ensure the stock rooms are maintained with Selfridges standards and inspire others to deliver the same
