**Position**: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

**Contract**:Temporary cover

**Year Group**:Working with a diverse group of SEN (Special Educational Needs)

**Hourly Rate**:£13.20 - £15.00 per hour Ltd

**Your Role**:Embark on a fulfilling role where you will be instrumental in creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment for students. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your dynamic responsibilities include:

- Collaborating in the planning and execution of lessons.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support.
- Supporting students with special educational needs.
- Preparing classroom materials.
- Engaging in extracurricular activities and school events.

**Your Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday
Start time: 8:30 AM
Finish time: 3:30 PM

**Your Qualifications and Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

- Relevant experience working with children in educational, childcare, support worker, health care assistant, or hospital settings within the last two years.
- A deep passion for education and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly with teachers, staff, and students.
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the school and students.
- A dedication to fostering a secure and inclusive learning environment.
- Recent experience working with children within the last two years.
