My client a vibrant and successful company based in Byfleet are seeking a confident and personable administrator to join their team in a client focused position.
**Responsibilities**
Acting as the first point of call for client service enquiries
Managing inbound client communications
Ensuring client satisfaction with the handling of service-related issues
Working in conjunction with the scheduling and dispatch team, Operations to coordinate delivery of ad hoc work requests
Managing relationships with sub-contractors
Liaising with the scheduling and dispatch team
Working in conjunctions with Finance to ensure ad hoc works is tracked effectively and billed in a timely manner
Managing data flow to/from client portals as required
Briefing Operations Managers and other internal stakeholders on key issues
Updating the CRM platform and Management Information Systems
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI and SLA performance reports
Ensure that service-related issues are addressed either directly or escalated
Providing holiday and absence cover for other administrators within the team
Such other responsibilities as from time to time may be required of the role as directed by the Administrative Team Leader
**Skills / Requirements**
Experience using CRM software
Excellent communication skills,
Experience managing suppliers
Experience working with I.T.
Ability to problem solve, take charge of a situations
Be able to work on your own initiative
Excellent analytical skills
Confident user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good sense of humour and a desire to develop team culture
