**Client Details**
Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and constantly growing business. Due to the growth of the team, they have an opening for a Credit Controller to join them at an exciting time.
**Description**
Credit Controller responsibilities include:
- Making high volume telephone calls to customers to facilitate payments
- Aim to reduce debt and average debtor days
- The logging and tracking of queries using a computerised CRM (SalesForce)
- Working with the finance team to escalate issues when payments have not been made
- The creation of electronic communication with clients and customers to confirm agreements and actions
- The actioning of letters within the system as required to chase payment
- Ad-hoc Credit Control duties as required
**Profile**
- Experience working within a Credit Control function - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- High attention to detail - Required
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
**Job Offer**
