**About the Trust**

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest general hospital foundation trusts in the country. We provide acute medical and surgical services to Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire and specialist services such as cancer, dialysis, and eye surgery to a wider population across Berkshire and its borders.

The Trust is made up of 7 locations with the Royal Berkshire Hospital being the main site.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
To exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the overall management of a range of P3O standards (processes and procedures), Assurance Reviews and all Learning from Experience (LfE):
**Standards**

The Standards Development function will support the Knowledge Information, Assurance and Learning from Experience functions, in driving organisational and project delivery improvements, developing and setting the required standards, templates and exemplars which will be aligned to the Integrated Project Guide to support P3M delivery. The post holder will review all standards on an annual basis.

**Knowledge Information**

The Knowledge Information function will support the standards, assurance and Learning from Experience functions in maintaining all records, documentation and ensuring all is uploaded to either Concerto or MiCAD whichever CAFM system is used for a specific project.

**Assurance**

The Assurance function will support the standards, knowledge information and learning from experience functions in driving organisational and project delivery improvements, by leading the development of the assurance function and processes, embedding into the P3O relevant processes and tools, and facilitating and supporting Assurance activities, including Audits, Gateway Reviews, Project Health Checks and Business Case reviews.

**Learning from Experience**

The Learning from Experience (LfE) function will support the standards, knowledge information and assurance functions in driving organisational and project delivery improvements, by leading the development of the Learning from Experience function and processes, embedding into the P3O relevant processes and tools and facilitating and supporting LfE activities. The post holder will also include facilitating the identification of lessons learned and best practices from all assurance and LfE activities and the dissemination of this LfE to the P3O Team.

Identifying all training requirements for the team identified through the LfE.

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Previous NHS Environment
- Experience in an Estates Management Environment
- Experinece in a Project Management Environment
- Experience in an P3O Environment
- Management of Portfolio (MoP)
- P3O
- This role may require you to show evidence of education to Degree level or at least 2 years relevant experience._
