Our Level 2's take on some extra responsibilities such as shift leading, developing projects, developing direct work with children, mentoring and inspiring new staff.

This role is offered on a full time/permanent basis where you will work a shift pattern. This includes working on rota over a 7 day period which can include weekends and bank holidays. Additional allowance is payable for sleep-in duties. This involves working a 7 day period (including sleep-ins).
