Vfx New Business Assistant

Role Summary:
The VFX New Business Assistant will work closely with the new business team to promote our VFX services, build client relationships, and facilitate business growth. This role is instrumental in ensuring our studio's VFX services are effectively marketed and client needs are met.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- **Sales Collateral**:Create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and promotional content to showcase our VFX capabilities.
- **Sales Data Management**:Maintain and update the client database, sales leads, and project information.
- **Sales Meetings**: Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, including client visits and presentations.
- **Tracking**: Sales leads, updating information relating to projects and ensuring client relationships are meticulously maintained
**Administrative Support**:
- **Documentation**:Maintain and organize sales and New Business documents, including contracts, proposals, and client agreements.
- **Scheduling**:Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and client interactions as needed.
- **Note taking**: Keep clear and concise minutes of all New business related meetings
- **Ad-hoc duties**: Assisting with a range of duties to aid the CEO.Required skills:
**Qualifications**:
- A passion for the visual effects industry
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn about VFX and the entertainment industry.
- Strong Administrative Skills
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
