**Bidding Assistant
WORKING FROM HOME : All Cinesite’s employees are currently working from home, and we plan to continue working remotely until it is safe for us to return to our Soho office in central London. We expect all applicants to have a reliable broadband connection with a bandwidth of 20Mbps or higher.

**Role**:In this role the Bidding Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day team and administrative tasks required during the bidding process. This can be varied and include : Setting up bid templates from client provided information, ensuring creative teams are informed of document locations, setting up bid meetings and calls, creating block schedules, helping to assist with the bid creation and preparing client facing documents. The bidding assistant will work closely with the New Business and Bidding Manager and the Chief VFX Business Development Officer.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Attend client meetings
- Admin tasks
- Booking and scheduling meetings
- Assisting with bids
- Use time management skills effectively to complete tasks
