An excellent opportunity to join a leading global company as a the UK Materials Manager, to manage Stores, Stock Control of spare parts and to be heavily involved with the management of materials supply to spoke sites across the UK & Ireland.
Do you have a Materials, Stores, Stock control, Supply Chain background? Do you have experience of working within Manufacturing / Engineering sectors? Are you looking to join a large global business and have a career within the renewables sector?
On offer is a Materials Manager position with a large multi-National renewables company. You will be based out mainly out of Loanhead, Edinburgh and manage the stores operation from here for a number of sites across the UK & Ireland, infrequent travel to otherlocations may be required as part of the position. Ideally you will experience with SAP, good IT skills for stock management, good planning, management and logistics skills.
This company are currently expanding and employ 10,000+ globally, this position based at loan head is part of the continued growth and development of the business.
This role would suit a Materials, Stores, Stock Controller or a logistics or Supply Chain Manager looking for a position with a large global company, and a career with a industry leading and expanding global renewables company based out of Edinburgh.
The Role:
- Control Stock, Transport, logistics for Spare parts and materials
- Order local tooling, Vehicle equipment and ad-hoc items
- Mange stock level using SAP
- £35,000 +Benefits +33 days Holiday
The Person:
- Material Management, Spares, Stock control Experience
- Experience with SAP
- FLT driving experience beneficial
- Organisational and planning skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
