**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

You will be working from our new office located in the heart of Dunbar town centre. The role offers significant flexibility to work around your lifestyle, making it an ideal opportunity for those who require work-life balance while still wanting to make a significant impact within our organisation.

The minimum contracted hours for this position are 12 hours per week.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibile for daily office operations.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to Board members, including diary management, agenda distribution, and meeting minute-taking.
- Support the production and distribution of learner resources.
- Support the co-ordination of internal travel arrangements, exploring opportunities for cost reduction and administrative efficiency through centralised co-ordination.
- Ensure the office complies with health and safety policies.
- Handle correspondence and filing systems.
- Support procurement of office equipment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair work, and manage relationships with building management and external vendors.
