Maxxima’s permanent team are recruiting for a specialist Speech & Language therapist on a permanent basis to work for a reputable private organisation.

**Location**: Staffordshire

**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full Time hours 37.5 (shift based)

**£41,954** (dependent on skills & experience) + benefits

**On a typical day you will**:
Working collaboratively with the sites and trained staff, you will support teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs.

You will be responsible for holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the three special schools and with the support of our experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.

**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
- You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
- Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
