Field Care Co-ordinator - Holsworthy area

We are looking for an individual to join our small friendly team with a genuine commitment and natural apptitude to caring for vulnerable individuals in there own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a level 3 in health and social care to progress onto completing their level 4, or someone who already has a level 4.

The post holder will work closely with the assosiate managers and managers in undertaking:

- Personal care and enabling visits
- Complete or update care reviews in a person centred way
- Complete or review risk assessments
- Assess client needs on an ongoing basis
- Train new members joining the team
- Record and assist in resolving care issues and queries
- Contribute to managers meetings

Monitor service user’s satisfaction, through audits and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment concerns to management
- 30% enhancement pay at weekends
- One month paid induction on full pay
- Optional pension scheme
- Paid mileage to your FIRST client from HOME each day, and between the rest of your visits.
- Paid travel time
- Full uniform provided including Tunics, trousers, jacket and ruck sack to hold PPE.
- Company tablet provided
- Time and a half for all Bank Holidays bar XMAS Day, BOXING Day and NEW YEARS Day where you will be paid double time.
- Regular one to ones to make sure you are happy in your work.
- Paid for all face to face training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 - 37.5 Hours per week

**Salary**: £13.00 hour weekday and £16.90 per hour
