**Job Summary**:
Avantor is looking for a dedicated Logistics Administrator to optimize our Service - Equipment & Ancillary Operations that is providing a range of different services to the medical sector, this includes medical equipment.

The role will be a full-time position based out of our MESM, Chorley site. You will be responsible for the administration side of the end of study programme and associated tasks across the EOS (End of Study) pillar.

**The team**

Avantor’s Logistics Administrator is part of a team of 14 amazing individuals that specialise in the end of study calibrations program and administrative function of the company.

**What we’re looking for**
- ** Collaboration Tool**: Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required
- An administrative background
- Good organisational and communicational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Team player

**How you will thrive and create an impact**

Supporting all collection requests and set up new collections cases with the required information.

Liaising with clinical sites on a global basis to assist with return of the correct documentation.

Completing mandatory export documentation requests.

Updating the system with all required updates on a daily basis.

Assisting the administration of our revenue steams to ensure all invoicing is processed in accordance with MESM TAT and balanced against costs.

Producing accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.

Providing support as required to the End of Study Co-ordinators.
