Bluestones One are continuing to go through a period of significant growth and are looking for a flexible individual to join our vitally important Resource Planning team in a Resource Administrator/Co-ordinator role.

As a business we support the delivery of both small and large scale retail change projects across a number of the UK’s largest retailers. Our Resource Planning function co-ordinates the workload for hundreds of Retail Merchandisers and Installers every day of the week, working both days and nights, they manage their planned activity, pay roll, expenses, accommodation and key communications.

Hours: can be flexible, potentially from 25- 50 hours per week. Some evening work will be required. Flexible working is an option, but will need to be able to easily access our Castle Eden (Hartlepool) office on a regular basis. Weekend on call rota.

Salary : Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.

**Outline of role**:

- Allocating work to staff from our internal excel and software based systems
- Organise travel and accommodation for our field colleagues
- Logging receipts and invoices for payment
- Processing payroll and expenses
- Assist/co-ordinate ongoing field colleague recruitment
- Highly proficient in excel and word
- Manage phone and e mail enquiries, both from internal and external stakeholders
- Support other team members with various tasks
- Liaise with group head office and external suppliers
- Work ‘on call’ hours on evening and weekends on a rota basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 30-50 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
