**Service Delivery Associate**

**Hybrid Role (Based in Cambridge)**

**Up to £38k (Dependant on experience) + bonus + benefits**

My client is a well-established, innovative, and high-growth Cloud & Cyber Security company providing digital transformation services to businesses across industries looking to add an ambitious and confident Service Delivery Associate to their growing team.

As the Service Delivery Associate you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with each customer. You will work to ensure business and customer requirements are fully understood and met. You will also be tasked with ensuringcustomer loyalty and satisfaction are maintained at the highest standard.

**Key Requirements**

Strong communication skills

Excellent understanding of ITIL

Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders of all levels

**Responsibilities**

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

Creating Service Management Reports and conducting quarterly reviews with customers

Supporting the development of Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty programmes

Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained at the highest standard

Identifying business process gaps and working with stakeholders to continuously improve processes
