The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 18 months to become a vital key component of our strategic objectives within the UK. Over this short period the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading global brands operating in the UK and has onboarded thousands of branded restaurant stores across the UK.
We are now looking for a dynamic, talented individual, to join this exciting fast paced Strategic Accounts team in a business development role focusing on the acquisition of global, national and regional branded restaurant groups onto the Just Eat platform.

The Strategic Accounts team is a team of about 50-60 people comprising 4 teams; Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Grocery and Strategic Projects.
The Strategic Partnerships team has two teams within it, one responsible for Enterprise sales leads and one looking after SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) sales leads.

**As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to**:

- Drive the Strategic Strategic Partnerships team forward and manage your team's pipeline of prospecting, pitching and closing agreements with branded restaurant groups across London and the Rest of UK.
- Manage 4 Partnership Managers/Associates, working to drive the Strategic Partnerships strategy and ensuring the team is delivering against this.
- Experienced in driving transformational change with a people first culture and developing others around you with Personal Development Plans
- Own the team acquisition pipeline ensuring effective management of a portfolio of active and target leads, and providing regular status updates to senior business stakeholders.
- Work and delivering against challenging quarterly targets and creating mitigation plans where needed to ensure delivery.
- Drive the weekly reporting forward and utilise with the team in performance conversations
- Work closely with our legal team to create bespoke complex commercial agreements (where needed) and lead on these negotiations with the brand.
- Develop tailored high quality pitch and briefing documents accompanied by strategic analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) that support the process
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels of the target organisation externally but also key stakeholders internally.
- Work closely with the wider Strategic Accounts team leaders to ensure that new restaurant partners are successfully onboarded and are set up for success with an ongoing Strategic Account Manager.
- Represent Just Eat at industry conferences and events to establish key contacts, relationships and connections across the wider sector.

- Sales background with strong negotiation & influencing skills.
- Previous experience leading sales/business development teams and generating results.
- Experience working with large, complex commercial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for a confident communicator with experience of the pitching process across different sized organisations.
- Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Solid business development/acquisition experience within a fast moving industry.
- Perseverance and proactiveness - you're hungry for success
- Well organised - you're able to prioritise and manage multiple workloads.
