We are currently looking for Facilities Assistants to join our Post and Portering team within Estates. To provide an efficient, customer focused portering, minor maintenance and transport service for the University, staff, students and visitors.

**Driving**

Please note, as this role will involve driving University vehicles, to be covered by the University Vehicle Insurance Policy, you must be in possession of a full UK or EU equivalent licence, which has been in force for at least 1 year and have no serious driving convictions (any period of disqualification must have expired by at least 1 year).

This is a busy role in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proactive, positive, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a real can-do approach to work.

Please be aware that this role includes a physical element which will entail, for example, the moving of furniture and materials around and between buildings, along with processing and delivery of mail and parcels around campus.
