My client based in Aylesbury is looking for an Accounts Assistant to carry out all relevant administration work using Sage Line 50 to maintain accurate financial accounts.

Duties will include:

- Purchase ledger
- Inputting suppliers' invoices onto Sage and record on Purchase Order book
- Ensure delivery notes and purchase orders correspond with invoices
- Ensure invoices are authorised before inputting on the system
- Ensure supplier statements are reconciled on monthly basis
- Check and prepare expenses on a monthly basis

You must have an accounts background, strong attention to detail and be able to work well within a team. Previous experience using Sage 50 is beneficial.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
